if 引导虚拟语气的条件状语从句,从句为非真实条件句,一般用过去时.主句用“should/ would/ could/ might+动词原形”.
构成:If 从句 :If+从句+动词过去式
主 句 :主语+would/should/could/might+动词
eg: If I had time, I would go for a walk.
(事实上我现在没有时间,不能去散步.)

1、 说教材
1、 教材简析
本单元所涉及的内容主要是学习虚拟语气。而本节课是该单元的第一课时,也是本册书的一个重要部分,要求学生初步理解虚拟语气,并且学会在与现在事实相反的情况下如何体现虚拟语气。
2、 教学重点
掌握单词和词组,并能掌握虚拟语气的用法,特别是要掌握在表示与现在事实相反的虚拟语气条件句中谓语动词及主句谓语动词的正确使用。
3、 教学目标
1) 技能目标:学生能听懂师生之间就本节课对话内容而展开的问答,会和别人展开对话。能就类似话题,创造性地自编对话掌握虚拟语气。
2) 知识目标:学生要牢记所有新单词及新学的短语句型,理解及正确运用。
3) 情感目标:激发学生学习英语的兴趣,让学生爱说英语;同时让学生学会关心他人,理解他人并能为别人提出有用的建议。
4) 学习策略目标:积极主动的投入到语言的实践中去,包括听、说、读、写的实践。在实践中提高语言的综合使用能力,加深对基础知识的掌握和记忆。
2、 说教法
1、 多媒体使用教学法
本堂课主要谈论的是虚拟情景,利用多媒体教学能创设更多的语言情景,从而更能吸引学生,激发他们的学习兴趣。
2、 听录音教学法
听录音是英语学习的重要方法,也是课堂教学的重要部分,在听中可以感知、可以模仿。
3、 重点解析教学法
在每一堂课中学生都会遇到一些难以理解的词、句或者是语法现象,这就需要老师进行重点解释甚至创设语言情景进行操练和举例,以扫除自由交际过程中的“拦路虎”,为语言的进一步学习奠定基础。而本堂课的重点是虚拟语气的用法及结构:
从句:IF+主语+动词的过去时
主句:主语+WOULD+动词的原形
4、 情景对话教学法
学生可以根据实际生活进行交流,先由师生对话,再由学生独立操作。这种教法是实现语言知识向语言能力转变的必经之路。

Task 2: Students talk about their worries and ask for some advice.

Task 1: listen and circle Larry’ worries.
Task 2: Listen and do 2b: Circle the advice that Larry’s sister gives her.
