单词首字母是否是元音字母？
1. a, i 前面要加an
2. o （除one以外都用an）e(除European以外都用an)
3. u （发字母本身音[ju]时用a, 发 [ ]时用an ）
4. 部分以辅音字母h开头的单词用an
