课堂中组织小组活动，小组活动目标鲜明具体，让每个学生都积极参与学习，在教学活动中扮演角色；让学生学会思考，引导学生善于归纳，自己获取知识，而不是与学生对答案；课堂气氛活跃，教学效果明显，让老师和学生真正减轻负担，这样的课堂才是高效课堂。
