教学目标
1.完成“Let’s check”的相关听力练习。
2.完成“Let’s wrap it up”部分的练习,并能归纳总结动词变过去式的一般规律。
3.能读懂“Story time”的故事,并能认读“Story time”中的过去式问答。
4.通过听、说、读、写复习活动,提高学生的综合能力,复习本单元的动词过去式和重点句型。

教学光盘、单词卡片、Zoom和Zip的头饰。
教学过程
Sep1 : Warm-up
(1)播放本单元歌曲“ Last weekend ”,先跟唱,然后分男女比赛唱歌。
(2)学生“开火车”回答教师的提问:What did you do last weekend 学生根据教师所抽的图片进行回答,如:read a book last weekend.教师也可以运用句型“Did you…?”提问。如果描述相符:Yes,I did.” 如果不符:“No,I didn’t.”
Step 2 : Presentation
(1)完成“ Let’s check”。
A.组织学生完成“Listen and number”。观察图片,并让学生“开火车”回答出所完成的动作,如:第一幅图 cleaned my room,watched TV。went boating这个动作没有学过,教师可以给予指导,并用多媒体展示特殊变化go→went。
B.听录音,将过去式动词短语进行排序,温习巩固过去式单词及短语。
(2)完成“Let’s wrap it up”。
A.首先,先让学生自己写出已经学过的动词的过去式变化,并标注分类。规则动词:stay→stayed,watch→watched,wash→washed,clean→cleaned。不规则动词:have→had,read→read,sleep→ slept,see→saw。
B.让学生自己分类归纳,了解动词过去式的一般变化规律,并在小组间讨论总结。
C.展示交流成果,教师归纳补充。
加“-ed”:talk→talked,stay→stayed,want→wanted
加 “-d”:live→lived
双写加“-ed”:plan→planned
去“y”变“i”加“-ed”:cry→cried
D.根据归纳的结果,教师进行简单的讲解,并让学生运用刚刚所学的变化规律填空,再一起核对答案。
Step 3: Consolidation and extension
(1)完成“Story time”。展示第一幅图片,并讨论 What are Zoom and Zip going to talk about
(2)结合全文理解“busy”的意思,结合没有字幕的教学光盘,听听力,并思考:
A. What did Zoom do on Saturday morning?( He washed his schoolbag and went to the park.)
B. What did he do on Saturday afternoon?(He did his homework and went fishing.)
C. What did he do on Sunday morning?(He cleaned his room and visited his grandparents.)
D. What did he do on Sunday afternoon?(He played football and watched TV.)
通过回答,练习如何转述他人过去所做的活动,练习第三人称和过去式连用时的表达方法。
(3)在听问题答案的时候,对于较难的单词和句子,教师要进行点拨。如:go的过去式为went,“went fishing”可通过动作介绍其意思为“钓鱼”;visited his grandparents,拜访(外)祖父/母。
(4)听录音,学习正确的语音语调,更深一层理 解对话,并巩固动词的过去式。
(5)分小组练习对话,并戴上Zoom和Zip的头饰进行情景表演。

向别人介绍Zoom的周末活动。

2.能读懂Wu Yifan给Holiday Hotel留下的 评价。
3.能理解文中过去时,灵活认读表示过去式的词语来理解文章。
4.写出文章所有的过去式动词和对应的现在式。
5.能根据对文章的理解填写letter。

1.读懂并理解短文“Comments”,并完成相应的练习。
2.找出文中的过去式动词,并能写出对应的现在式。

教学过程
Step 1: Warm-up
(1)教师拿出本单元“Let’s learn”部分的单词卡片,学生来“开火车”认读,也可以让学生在讲台做动作,其他学生快速反应过去式的动词短语。
(2)开展连锁操练。
S1:I watched TV yesterday,what did you do yesterday?
S2:I had a cold and slept yesterday. What did you do yesterday?

(3)Make a survey and report.通过句型:“What did you do last weekend? Did you …?”来询问小组成员的过去的活动,并制作表格,运用所学的动词短
语,如:read a book,had a cold,slept,watched TV … Step 2 : Presentation
(1)根据题意,运用过去时描述Holiday Hotel 中的Mrs Broom昨天所做的事,并在小组内交流讨论。
(2)组织学生先阅读总的评价,介绍故事发生的背景:Wu Yifan and his family stayed at Holiday Hotel.教师提问:How was Wu Yifan’s stay? His stay was not good.引导学生理解在Holiday Hotel的居住 并不满意。
(3)先让学生小组讨论自己曾经住宾馆中的不满意之处,可尽量用英文表达并在讲台分组依次展示交流结果。
(4)学生自己阅读短文Comments,边阅读边做标记,养成良好的批注习惯,批出Wu Yifan不满意的关键词,如:old;broken chair; small lamp;cold;tasted bad;didn’t work;loud music等。
(5)完成“根据图片画出相应的句子”。
(6)从文中找出所有过去式的动词并写出其对应的现在式。个人完成之后,小组内部交流补充。对于较难的词,教师给予指导,如:get→got,are→were。
Step 3: Consolidation and extension
(1)教师利用多媒体,讲解难点句子。如:
Our friend Robin cleaned our room and fixed a broken chair.结合图片理解“fixed a broken chair”“修理了一张坏椅子”。
My dad got some hamburgers from the hotel kitchen,but they were cold and tasted bad.理解“got”的现在式“get”及“taste bad”的意思。教师可做表情帮助理解“the TV didn’t work”,在理解“work”时可结合习题图片。
(2)学生根据教师讲解的重难点内容,理解“Comments”的内容大意,并小组讨论,用英语列条表达出Wu Yifan及家人的不满之处。
(3)完成“Read and finish the letter”,巩固用其他人称来描述过去时,并复习短文大意,提高学生整体感知和抓住细节的阅读能力。教师要引导学生找出关键词完成练习。
(4)课堂小练习。
写出下列词语的过去式:

(1)同桌二人运用句型:“What did you do last weekend?” “I + v.-ed.…”“Did you…?”“Yes,I did./No,I didn’t.”来询问上周末所做的事情。如:
S1: What did you do last weekend
S2: I stayed at home and watched TV.
S1: Did you read a book
S2: Yes,I did.
(2)播放本单元歌曲“Last weekend”,学生分小组比赛唱本单元歌曲。

(1)Free talk,引出时间。

(5)展示动词原形及不规则变化形式的过去式,让学生注意区分并对比记忆。

(6)听“Let’s learn”部分的录音,跟着朗读,学习正确的语音语调。

(1)运用所学四个过去式动词以及动词短语说句子,如:S1:I read a book last weekend/night/Monday... What did you do …?
S2:I saw a film yesterday/last weekend… What did you do...
(2)运用句型“I had a cold/saw a film/read a book/slept…Did you…?”学生之间相互问答,注意肯定回答和否定回答。
(3)完成“Look and talk”,主要运用句型 “What did …do ... ”“Did …?”“Yes,…did/No,...didn’t”,巩固句型,训练不同人称的回答。

(1)完成“ Do a survey and report”。
A:Make a survey.学生利用课本的调查询问6 名同学上周末过得是否愉快,以及上周末的活动, 操练句型:“How was your weekend It was OIO/fine ...”“What did you do I + v. -ed...”。
B : Have a report.请几名学生汇报调查结果,并写成书面文字。如:

(3)学生之间Free talk,运用句型:“ What did you do Did you…?”来询问过去所做的动作,并能运用所学的过去时短语来灵活作答。
Step 2:Presentation
(1)听“Let’s try” 部分,并为“ Let’s talk” 部分做准备。Wu Yifan is asking John about last weekend.听听力,并完成选择题。本部分是对话情景练习题,教师在播放录音的时候可给学生点拨和指导。
(2)在听“Let’s talk”之前,教师先通过图片或情景对话引出新的单词和动词短语及动词过去式,如:
A.展示一本杂志,T: What’s this S: It’s a magazine.
B.T:Do you often read the magazine 引导学生回答:“是的,昨天晚上看过。” S:Yes,I read it last night.展示 read→read。
C.教师做打喷嚏状,并说:“ Oh,I had a cold last weekend and slept.”引出短语 had a cold“感冒”,指出动词“sleep”的过去式“slept”。
(3)引导学生运用句型“ What did you do Did you…?”来进行提问,学生运用刚刚所学的动词短语或动词过去式进行回答。
(4)听“Let’s talk”部分对话,在听第一遍时, 跟读并学习正确的语音语调;听第二遍时,思考“What did John do last weekend What did Amy do last weekend ”回答提出的问题并核对答案;听第三遍时,引导学生理解对话大意,对比较难懂的句子,教师可做点拨并重复听力练习。
(5)分角色练习对话,并带上人物头饰,创设情景表演对话。
Step 3:Consolidation and extension
(1)回答“Let’s talk ”之后的问题:“ What did you do yesterday/last night… ”“What do you usually do on weekends ”让学生区分过去和现在不同动作 分别该如何回答。
(2)用这两个问题调查自己的组员,并制作表格,做好report,用过去式和现在式来描述每个成员的活动。
(3)将“Let’s talk”部分中的动词关键词进行替换,并重新表演对话。
(4)找出动词的过去式,并按照规则与不规则变化形式来进行归类。

3.活动2:教师与学生对话,提问该生上周末做了什么以及下周末打算做什么。对话后教师示范如何转述该生的话,然后请学生依照示范与同学对话,并尝试转述同学的活动安排。

单元教材分析 单元学情分析
1.本单元主要是使学生学会用过去过去式态表达所做的事情,重点句型是:What did you do last weekend/yesterday I played football. Did you read books Yes, I did./No, I didn’t.由于涉及动词过去式的变化规则和读音规则,一般过去式有时学生的学习重难点之一。创设真实情境、组织有意义的任务或活动来展开一般过去式的教学,避免过分强调语法。本单元的内容安排体现了由浅入深、循序渐进的原则,A部分着重学习规则动词的过去式变化,而B部分的重点是不规则动词的过去式变化,如:go—went, read—read等。在教学中,要注意多创设情境,帮助学生内化,达到学以致用。 六年级的学生对英语学习兴趣整体有所下降,两极分化比较严重。所以本学期应做好后进生的转化工作。教师应该面向全体学生,以学生的发展为宗旨,始终把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位,注意分层教学,引导学生端正学习态度,掌握良好的学习方法,培养学生良好的学习习惯。

1.本单元主要是使学生学会用过去过去式态表达所做的事情,重点句型是:What did you do last weekend/yesterday I played football. 二、Presentation & PracticeRead and write1.出示PPT:Mrs Broom’s workmade the beds cooked the food cleaned the rooms2.出示Mike的建议卡及意见书。先让学生小组内讨论自己和家人住宾馆的不满意之处,然后上台分组依次展示讨论结果(尽量用英文陈述)。3.组织学生先阅读总的评价,然后介绍故事发生的背景:Wu Yifan and his family stayed at the Holiday Hotel.教师通过说“How was Wu Yifan’s stay It was not good.”引导学生理解吴一凡一家人在Holiday Hotel的居住并不满意。4.学生个别读,分段读短文Comments,边阅读边做标记,养成良好的标注习惯,圈出Wu Yifan不满意之处的关键词,如:old, broken chair等。同时圈出有疑问的地方。5.听录音跟读。全班读。6.教师答疑并帮助学生用英文列出Wu Yifan及家人对宾馆的不满意之处。7.Practice完成P19的练习:(1)Read the letter again quickly.Find the sentences that describe Pictures 1—3.(2)Circle all the verbs in the text and complete the table.(3)Read and finish the letter.(4)师生核对答案,对于学生有疑问的地方及时加以疏导。 先小组讨论,再由教师讲解。 借助练习题和学生一起梳理文章信息,加深对文段的理解。

一、Warm-up & Revision1.Greetings2.Revision:动词原形与其过去式的配对练习,可呈现前面Let’s learn所学动词及其过去式,让学生连线。如:clean—cleaned;wash—washed;see—saw;have—had;sleep—slept等。
二、Presentation & PracticeLet’s check1.首先,教师出示Let’s check的四幅图片,让学生根据图片猜测画面意思。2.播放录音,让学生了解听力内容的大意,做到心中有数,并完成图片排序题。3.再次播放录音,让学生根据听到的内容给词组排序,在学生听的过程中做适当的引导。4.师生核对答案。Let’s wrap it up1.用课件出示课本图片,让学生读一读Zip手中气球里的内容,学生注意观察动词过去式的变化规则。2.讲解归纳过去式的基本变化规则。3.Let’s chant过去式构成有方法,一般词尾加-ed。如果词尾有个e,直接加d就可以。辅音字母y在尾,变y为i加ed。“一辅重闭”作尾巴,双写之后加ed。标准过去式加ed,少量不规则分别记。am和is对was,are要变were没问题。have和has变had,do和does变did。4. 学生独立完成填空题,师生核对答案,确保学生将正确的过去式形式填入横线。5.学生读一读句子,记一记相关动词及其过去式。Story time引入本部分的学习。T:Today Zip and Zoom are talking about the weekend. Would you like to see OK,let’s go and have a look.2.教师呈现Story time挂图,让学生边看图边听录音,听完回答老师的问题:How was Zoom’s weekend What did Zoom do on Saturday/Sunday morning/afternoon 3.再次播放录音,让学生边听边看课文。听完后和同桌讲一讲这个故事的内容,两人互相帮助整理出故事的大意。4.鼓励学生起来给大家讲这个故事,可分几段让不同学生完成。5.学生分角色表演小故事。 填空题答案,教师要板书出来。确保学生将正确的答案记录在课本上。教师通过提出简单的、有针对性的问题来帮助学生理解文章大意,培养他们带着问题阅读,并做记录的好习惯。

B部分继续以巩固询问和回答过去的活动的句型为主线,从听、说、读、写全方面来复习强化过去时的运用。通过这部分的学习和训练,学生进一步掌握一些描述人过去的活动情况的短语和句型,并能进行基本的对话。本部分对话中也有较多不规则动词的过去式,教师要在学习对话之前进行指导点拨,并在学完之后要求学生自己归纳总结。重难点是了解动词过去式的变化规则,教师不应讲解太深,主要结合平日教学点滴贯彻渗透,并举例说明。
