教学内容：
Let’s talk
本部分主要通过情景会话，让学生学习使用：Look at…It's so...”的句型介绍动物特征。
教学目标：
学会使用“Look at...”和“It’s so …”句型来描述相关动物。
教学重点：
会用“Look at ...”和“It’s so...”句型对动物的特征进行描述。
教学难点：
描述性形容词的掌握big , small , thin , fat , short, long ,tall 。
教学准备：
录音机，动物图片，玩具，字母卡，磁带。
教学过程：
Step 1: Preparation
Free talk
T: Good morning! Boys and girls!

教师播放第一册Unit4 B Let's chant的录音，师生一起打节奏唱读。
Step 2: Presentation
1. 情景导入
（1） 教师出示几幅动物的的图片,让学生复习学习过的动物的单词。
:Look at the elephant. It's big. It's so big.强调so的语调,呈现mouse图片，对学生说：Look at the mouse. It's small. It's so small. 再出示pig, monkey的图片，鼓励学生说：Look at the pig. It's so fat. Look at the monkey. It's so funny.
（2） 再出示elephant图片T: Look at the nose.引导学生说出：It is long. T:Look at the tail.引导学生说出：It is short.教师总结并板书：It has a long nose and a short tail.
（3）同样的方法教授：It has small eyes and big ears.
2. 机械操练。
（1）教师领读所学句子。
（2）学生分组认读。
（3）找学生领读。
3.意义操练
师出示动物图片或玩具，引导学生用“It has …”进行简单的描述。如:
It has a long nose and big ears. / It has red eyes and short tail. / It has …
Step3: Practice
听音答题
听录音，判断：
( ) Look at the elephant. It has a short nose.
( ) Look at the elephant. It has small eyes.
2. 听音正音
听录音，跟读。并引导学生用手进行指认。
3. 合作共建
（1） 师领读对话。
（2） 小组内合作练习读对话。
4. 表演展示
(1)指生领读对话。
(2)小组合作分角色表演对话。
Step4: Production
师出示monkey图片，对学生说：Hello! I'm monkey. I have big eyes and small ears.请学生出示自己喜欢的动物图片在小组内进行练习，并找学生在班内进行展示。

听录音，跟读会话，并在实际情景中运用会话。
