She was a loyal patriot (爱国者), a scientist of the
people, a model of the medical profession, a good daughter of the Chinese nation and an outstanding representative of contemporary(当代的) women.

When she was five years old, Lin Qiaozhi was ___1__ (deep) affected by her mother’s death.
