教学目标 1. 能够正确理解并识读与中职校园生活、实习实训相关的词句,听懂并谈论与专业学习、实习实训相关的话题,恰当使用所学词句描述所学专业及相关实训活动。2. 能够比较中职校园设施、课程、活动与初中的异同,并联系自身实际,有逻辑地表达个人的课程喜好和原因,实现知识和思维能力的迁移。3. 能够了解中职学校专业的多样性,感知并认同中职学校的校园生活和学习方式,迅速适应学校的学习与生活,树立目标,坚定成才信心。4. 能够运用预测、把握大意、记笔记、理解细节等听力策略,完成语言任务;采用恰当的学习方法,如使用图表、词汇网络和思维导图梳理思路、拓展思维、呈现信息,有养成良好的英语学习习惯的意识。
教学重点 1. 能听懂与校园设施、学习生活、实训课程相关的词汇表达,如dormitory, nursing, mechanical, workshop, operate, e-commerce, patient, cookery, practical等。2. 能运用目标词句谈论与职业院校相关的文化课程、专业课程与实训活动。
教学难点 能结合专业所学,联系自身实际,恰当运用useful, nice, hard, cool, popular, interesting, creative, practical等形容词描述自己所喜欢的课程,表达个人感受。

2. Based on the recording, Ss watch their vocational school’s promotional video and try to introduce school facilities with the words they’ve learned before. 观看自己学校的宣传片,紧密联系学生真实校园生活,激活与主题相关的背景知识,拓展新知。 熟练介绍自己学校的校园设施。
3. T shows the curriculum schedule and asks Ss to discuss the differences between vocational schools and middle schools. Ss say the names of certain subjects in English and tick the right pictures in Activity Two. 结合课表谈论中职所学课程,具有现实性和针对性,培养学生比较、分析、归纳的能力。 知道中职学校有文化课和专业课的课程设置,了解目前所学课程,准确说出课程名称的英文表达。
While-listening18’ 1. Based on the subjects, Ss get to know the new teachers and think about the new school life. 在贴近学生生活实际的情境中,自然铺垫与听力任务相关的预备知识。 明确与听力选项有关的对话主题。
2. Ss listen to the dialogue between Li Wei and Wu Lin and choose the topic in Activity One. 通过听力任务,训练学生把握大意、理解细节的听力策略。 准确获取听力材料的主题及大意。
3. Ss listen again and complete the blanks in Activity Two. 正确捕捉听力材料中的关键信息。
4. T shows the dialogue text. T plays the recording for the third time and Ss underline the key words to check answers. 在反复精听的基础上,依托听力脚本,夯实重点词句,加深文本理解,为后续的语言输出做铺垫。 梳理对话内容,标注语言要点,理解重点词句。
5. According to the given text, Ss work in pairs to role-play. Ss retell the dialogue. 采取角色扮演和对话复述活动,以新颖的练习方式达到“以听促说”的目的,为下一阶段的仿说奠定基础。 大致复述对话内容,保证语音准确,对话交流自然、顺畅。
6. Ss watch the school promotional video again and get to know different majors and skill-training activities. Based on the dialogue and given information, Ss work in pairs to act out the dialogues in Activity Three. 遵循语言能力的发展规律,搭建适当的语言支架,从对话复述过渡到语境下的交际,实现语言的控制性输出。 根据关键词提示,重组对话文本,运用恰当的交际策略,编演对话。
7. T shows the picture of Wu Lin having a class in the skill-training room. Ss guess the name of the class from the picture. 听前看图预测和思维导图的绘制,缩小搜索范围,提高听的效率,发展逻辑思维,有效促进内容理解。 准确用英文说出Wu Lin参加实训课的课程名称。
8. Ss brainstorm and discuss what aspects the skill-training class may cover in the dialogue. Ss draw a mind map based on the brainstorming. 以Wu Lin参加的实训课程为中心节点,绘制发散型思维导图。
9. Ss listen to the dialogue and take down notes by using key words or marks. T helps to extend the mind map. 培养学生理解细节的听力策略,通过有效的记笔记策略,提升学生信息判断和关键信息的提取能力。 灵活采用适合自己的记笔记策略,扩充思维导图内容。
10. Ss listen again and think about the three questions in Activity Four, then fill in the form based on the mind map and notes. 根据笔记内容,准确提取关键信息,回答表格中的三个问题。
Post-listening12’ 1. T helps Ss use more adjectives to describe their current subjects and express feelings to further extend the mind map. 通过头脑风暴,中心发散联想,建立情境下的词汇网络,为最终语用实践奠基。 形成语义网络,归纳和整理描述事物、表达感受的一系列形容词。
2. Ss review and work in pairs to discuss their favorite subjects. Ss are encouraged to talk with the help of the learning resources provided by T. Based on that, Ss finish the task in Activity Five. 语言输出活动与学生专业和生活经验密切相关,具有现实交流的意义。在教师帮助下,学生选择相应资源,归纳和巩固所学,提升真实语境下的语用能力。 调用适合的学习资源,开展符合要求的语言交际活动。
3. T holds a sharing session on new school experience. Some groups are invited to share their favorite subjects and personal feelings. 搭建真实的口语输出平台,真正内化所学知识,提升综合运用语言的能力,引导学生对中职校园生活和学习方式深入思考。 针对喜欢的课程,进行现场面对面的语言交流,交换彼此看法。
Summary&Homework2’ Summary: With the help of T, Ss try to sort out the knowledge points. Homework: Ss shoot a video introducing the current courses and send the video to parents and friends. 梳理板书内容,高效整理本课思路,归纳知识点。完成自主表达的视频拍录,夯实所学,培养学生对职业学校学习生活的积极态度和对未来的信心,为下一阶段的阅读教学做铺垫。 构建知识框架,巩固重点词句,开展语言实践,促进交流与互动。
