1. there be:某地存在某物或某人
(1) 基本结构：There be + n. + 地点状语
there是引导词，be没有实际意义。主语后面的名词，be要随其后主语保持数的一致。
There be结构的就近原则：
(2) 就近原则
多个名词并列出现在there be后面，be动词只与离它最近的名词保持人称和数的一致。离be最近的主语是单数或者不可数名词，be动词使用is；离be最近的是复数名词，be动词使用are。
