What's more, never should we swim alone in the river or in a swimming pool, because it's dangerous to do so. However, 60% of the students say watching TV and playing computer games are not good ways to help them relax. Instead, they prefer to listen to music and play sports. Those not only help them relax and get energy soon but also make them keep healthy. Besides, they think reading books is a good way to relax and brings them knowledge and happiness as well.
In my opinion, it's better to do some sports to relax ourselves. It is good for our body and mind. It also makes our brain smarter and more active.

The book I'd like to share with you is The Old Man and the Sea, written by Emest Hemingway, an American writer. This book tells about a fisherman who is old and fishes alone. He is such an unlucky man that he doesn't get a fish in eighty-four days. Every evening, he comes home with his empty boat. But the old man believes in himself. Then on the eighty-fifth day the man catches a big fish.
What I like most about the book is that the fisherman never gives up when he faces difficulties. I till remember the well-known sentence from the book: Man is not made for defeat. This tells us that nothing seems terrible as long as we have a strong will and a brave heart.
