Dear Ben,
I am sorry to hear that you are facing/having serious problems about making friends and studying. You also said/mentioned that your parents argued with each other all the time. I hope I can help you out.
First of all, if you feel lonely and have few friends, you’d better join the school clubs so that you can make more friends. The more friends you have, the happier you will be. Secondly, you may find it hard to remember English words. To solve this problem, in my opinion, you can learn new words by reading English stories and news. In the end, it’s normal that parents sometimes fight, but you can offer to help. For example, doing chores is a good way to save your parents’ time so that they will be able to better communicate with each other. In this way, the relationships between your parents will be better and better.

I have met a lot of people in my school life. One of them is my English teacher, Jack, who has a great influence on me.

Living a healthy life

Dear schoolmates,
As we all know, the largest mammals on land are elephants, and they can live to be 80 years old. They are very smart and can also help people do many things.

The Story of Li Hua
Last Friday, when my classmate Li Hua took a bus back home from school, he saw that someone was eating an orange. To his surprise, that man just threw the peel on the ground after he ate it.
Without thinking twice, Li Hua picked up the orange peel and threw it into the dustbin directly. A passenger took photos of what Li Hua did and posted them on the Internet. As a result, our teacher knew that and praised him at the class meeting because Li Hua did something good for the environment. “It’s not a big deal”, said Li Hua, “Everyone should try his best to keep the environment clean and tidy.” Li Hua was so humble (谦虚的) that we were all moved by his words.
