教材分析 本课时的主题是中国民间神话故事。主题图呈现了女娲补天、后羿射日、西游记、愚公移山四个家喻户晓的神话故事。1a-1c主要通过主题图及听力活动导入单元话题。2a-2c部分是听说教学。本部分的听力材料巩固和补充了1a-1c的语言输入，增加as soon as，so… that…, unless等连词用于故事的叙述，使交际语言更丰富、更完整。该课时的重点是让学生学习讲述故事，在讲述过程中恰当使用连词。
学情分析 经过上个学期的不懈努力，总体看来，学生的基础知识得到了加强，学习态度也有所好转。但是根据上学期期末考试情况来看，英语平均成绩不容乐观。有些学生没有掌握记忆单词的方法，有部分学生没有养成良好的学习习惯，没有预习和复习的习惯，学习没有计划性和策略性，不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注重知识的巩固和积累。
