课时分析
本课时是外研版三年级起点四年级上册第八模块第二单元第一课时。围绕Sam is going to ride a horse.这一话题展开，主要通过对话学习词汇fly a kite, row a boat, ride a horse, fish, take pictures.及句型Sam is going to ride a horse.表述某人要去做某事的表达。引导学生关注某人将要做某事，培养学生学习英语的热情，树立学好英语的信心。第一课时是本单元的基础，学会了本课时所要掌握的知识，再学其他课时，对于学生来说就很容易。本课时的重点是四会单词的掌握以及能够运用四会单词描述某人将要做某事。
本课时包括Listen, point and say. &Listen and say. &Point and say三个模块。Listen, point and say呈现了三幅不同的图片，每幅图片上人要做的事情都不同，Listen and say呈现了几幅不同的图片，每幅图片中介绍了身边的人将要做的事情，体现了be going to的用法。所提到的将要做的事情都贴近学生的实际生活，更能激发学生学习的兴趣。
本课时是新授课，四会单词需要提前讲解，方便学生接受新知。在设计教学过程时，遵循以学生为主体的原则。采用听、说、读、 写、玩的方法调动全体学生的参与。通过任务型教学法、合作探究教学法等引导学生自主学习。
课时目标
（1）能够听、说、读、写单词：fly a kite, row a boat, ride a horse, fish, take pictures.
（2）能够运用上述单词描述某人将要做某事。
（3）能够理解句型，Sam is going to ride a horse.
（4）能够听、说、运用句型Sam is going to ride a horse.

Step 2 Lead in
（1）幸运抽奖活动。
课件呈现活动方式。
老师出示四个地点。准备一个纸盒，放着交通工具及要做的事情的图片。学生抽取一个地方，然后从盒子里抽取一种交通工具和要做的事情，组成两个有趣的句子。如：I’m going to visit Hainan by plane. I’m going to swim there.

Step 3 Presentation &Practice
1. Listen, point and say.
（1）课件呈现图片和例句，点名学生根据图片说句子。

课件呈现图片和问题。点名学生回答问题。

（4）Listen and fill.
课件呈现题目，播放音频，点名学生填空。

（6）Game.
