What color is it？它是什么颜色？
【句型剖析】
这是一个特殊疑问句，用来询问物品的颜色。它的基础结构是：What color＋be＋主语？，回答时直接用表示颜色的形容词。
当被询问的物品也就是句子的主语是单数形式时，be动词用is；两个或两个以上时，be动词要用are，其答语也要作相应的变化。
(2)color的用法
用作名词，意为“颜色”，也可写作colour。
用作动词，意为“给……涂颜色，着色”，后接名词或代词作宾语。
例如：—What color is your pen？
你的钢笔 是什么颜色的？
—It’s black.它是黑色的。
（3）表示颜色的单词有：
red(红色)，yellow(黄色)，green(绿色)，blue(蓝色)，black(黑色)，white(白色)，purple(紫色)，brown(棕色)。
这些单词既可放在be动词后作表语；又可以放在名词前作定语。
eg：My pen is black. 我的钢笔是黑色的。
