主题写作——如何写记叙文
写作指导
记叙文主要指记人、叙事、写景、状物一类的文章，以写人物的经历和事物发展变化为主要内容的一种文体形式。侧重记人的记叙文，以介绍人的生平事迹为重点；侧重叙事的记叙文，以叙述事情的发生、发展、经过、结果为重点。但是记人和叙事是分不开的，记人需要用具体事件来表现人物，而叙事的灵魂是事件中人物的所作所为。
记叙文的表现形式有多种，如新闻、通讯、报告文学、人物传记、游记、日记、书信等等。
（1）记叙文六要素：一篇好的记叙文需要直接或间接地表达以下六个问题（5w1h），也就是记叙文的六要素：
when, where, who, what, why, how。
（2）时态、人称：一般现在时和一般过去时为主，多用第一和第三人称。

（1）人物外貌描写
① In his thirties, he was quite thin and pale, and he hadred, bushy hair.
② Nowadays, he's well-built and tanned.
③ He's always had a square jaw, but now he's grown a beard.
④ Strangely, his beard is still red even though his hair is turning grey!

① It was the final part of the 2016 World Triathlon Series in Mexico.
② With just 700 metres to go, Alistair Brownlee was in third place and his younger brother, Jonny, was in the lead.
③ The Brownlee brothers have been doing triathlons since they were children.

① Alistair ran towards Jonny, caught him and started pulling him towards the finish line.
② Alistair then pushed his brother over the line.
③ I woke up really early and tiptoed to the kitchen.
④ I had never cooked anything before, so I tried to copy how she did it.
⑤ I was about to throw everything away when my mother came in.

② But somehow they ended up burnt.

I've been a sports nut since I was old enough to hold a ball.
That's why when my PE teacher presented me with the idea of joining the swimming team I decided to give it a shot and challenge myself a bit more. So I started going to swimming practice last June. At first I only regarded swimming as a hobby to enhance my physical fitness.
But soon I found I fell in love with it. Then, last week, I had my first swimming competition, in the100m breaststroke. Standing tall at the head of the lane made me feel both nervous and excited. After the sound of the whistle, I dived in and began to swim with all my strength!
Finally, I came in third place. I was so happy for my achievement, and it proved that hard work pays off. I will keep on swimming, perhaps for the rest of my life. Not only because it makes me healthier and stronger, but also for the confidence and sense of achievement it has brought.
