1 . Writing a journal（日记）
技法指导
日记是新课程标准中的写作要求之一，是把自己在当天生活中经历的有意义的事或所见所闻所想记录下来。与汉语日记一样，写日记时要先写日期、星期（可以省略）和天气情况。
一、基本架构
1．开头：引出事件。
2．主体：详细描述事情经过。
3．结尾：发表感想。

Writing a narration （记叙文）
技法指导
记叙文是用来叙述一天中发生的有意义的事件的文体。写法灵活多样，只需把自己看到的、听到的、想到的事物记录下来，形成一篇文章即可，可以记事、描写、抒情，也可以议论。正文具体描述事件发生的起因、经过和结果，常用第一人称，多用一般过去时。描写景物或对某一事物发表见解时可用一般现在时。
一、基本架构
1．开头：交代清楚事件的背景。
2．主体：主要叙述事件的发生、经过及结果。
3．结尾：呼应标题，发表感想、愿望等。
