Do you get enough sleep With so much homework it’s often difficult to get the rest you need. But you need to try, because sleep keeps you healthy and it stops you getting fat.
Recently, a group of US scientists did a study (调查) of kids aged between 8 and 13. The study found that if kids sleep for just one extra (额外的) hour each day, the chance of their getting fat is cut by about 30 percent (30%).

Once upon a time, there lived a rich man. He had a servant (仆人). He and the servant loved wine and good food very much. Earth Day is celebrated (被庆祝) on 22 April every year. On this day, some people will listen to speeches about the environment. Others will help clean up their communities (社区). Your parents may stop driving their air-polluting cars for one day.
The idea for Earth Day came from an American man. He was worried about the pollution and the health of plants and animals.
