Yes, I do. I know some of my parents’ friends who have been friends with my parents since primary school and they are still the best friends. No matter what happens , they can depend on each other even if they do not often see each other now.
It maybe mean “in trouble” or “in danger” because the latter（后面的） part of the title is “please advise!”
