一、教材内容分析
本单元以“Rules”为中心话题，让学生学会谈论允许和不允许做的事情；应该被允许和不被允许做的事情；能够针对被允许和不被允许做的事情发表自己的观点，并且能叙述同意或不同意的理由。本课时的内容为Section B 2a-2e。本节课以阅读训练为主，通过阅读使学生掌握阅读方法和技巧、扩大学生的词汇量、培养学生的阅读兴趣、拓展学生的知识视野、提高学生的阅读理解能力。
二、教学目标
1）. Knowledge objects(1)、Key Vocabulary get in the way of, support enter choice.(2)、Master the structure “should be allowed to do”. by reading the passage.2）. Ability objects(1)、Read and understand the passage.(2)、Improve students’ reading skills.3）. Emotional objectCommunicate better with their parents, although it is important to make one’s own decision especially when they are right.
