三、范文欣赏
Born in July 1938, Fan Jinshi is an outstanding archaeologist who has devoted herself to the research and study in Dunhuang, Northwest China's Gansu Province.
As a guardian of Dunhuang's cultural relics, Fan Jinshi has dedicated herself to the preservation of the Mogao Caves. She set up the “Digital Dunhuang”, which limits the damage to the Mogao Caves and makes it possible for the valuable relics to exist forever.
What's more, she has published a lot of books related to the Mogao Caves, which have promoted the scientific protection of the ancient formations.
Fan Jinshi has made a great contribution to the preservation of Dunhuang's cultural heritage. In September 2019, she was honored with the national honorary title of “Outstanding contributor to cultural relics protection”.
