特点：措辞较严谨，尤其会使用一些非谓语动词短语,被动语态和从句，切忌使用模糊语言和俚语、俗语句子。
时态：一般将来时，一般现在时
人称：第三人称
1 ）标题：在正文上方正中的地方写上 Notice/NOTICE .
2 ）正文：包括具体的时间、地点、活动内容、活动要求和注意事项。
3 ）单位：发通知的单位一般写在正文的右下角（落款）。
4 ）时间：一般写在左下角，低于落款。

NOTICE/Notice
There will be an English lecture on the importance of English learning by Professor White from Beijing University. It will be given in the stadium from 2:30 p.m to 4:30p.m, on Friday, February 27. All the students are required to attend it on time. After the lecture, please go back to your classrooms and have a discussion on the report. Every student is asked to make a plan for learning English well.
