If you go to the Science Museum website, you’ll find lots of good information.bbbThe 6 sentences are all talking about:Possible situations in the future(将来可能发生的情形)Let’s read the sentences again and summarize the sentence pattern:If clause:If + Present Simple(一般现在时)main clause:will / won’t + do (infinitive without to)(不带to的不定式)Here we introduce a new term:First Conditional(第一条件句)We use the above mentioned sentence pattern to express First Conditional.(我们用上面提到的句型来表达第一条件句)We use First Conditional to talk about possible situations in the future.(我们用第一条件句来表达将来的可能发生的情形)Part1First Conditional(第一条件句)We use First Conditional :1.To talk about possible future events which depend on other future events;(根据其他将来事件,将来有可能发生的事件)To be brief, possible situations in the future.The pattern isIf clause:If + Present Simple(一般现在时)main clause:will / won’t +do infinitive without to(不带to的不定式Let’s practise1.If it rains,2.If I pass the examination,3.If I don’t finish my homework,4.If the weather is good,You are asked to complete the conditional sentences by talking about yourselves.Let’s do more exercises on p13 E6.Write these sentences as First Conditionals.
