Unit 2 When do you use a computer教学设计
【教材分析】:本节课来自外研版七年级上册，第七模块第二单元。本单元主要描述不同地方的三个孩子及其家人使用电脑的情况：什么时候使用，都用电脑做些什么。通过对不同人物电脑使用情况的描述，引导学生树立正确的电脑使用观，不能沉迷电脑游戏而耽误学业 。
【教学目标】:.
语言知识与技能目标：
1. Key vocabularies: customer, Australia, game, share, company, often, Internet,
check, train, travel, plan, ticket, music, movie, night, search, information, email, send, sometimes, visit, cinema, clothes
2. Phrases: buy tickets, check email, go on the Internet, make travel plans, play games, share a computer, talk to customers, search for information, watch movies, work for a company
3. Grammar: special questions and answers in Present Simple.
过程与方法:
1.Guide the Ss to find out the answers by themselves.
2.Set up different activities to reach the teaching goals.
情感、态度与价值观:
正确使用电脑，不能因沉迷电脑游戏而耽误学业。
【教学重点】：
1.学生能够运用相关词汇、短语和句型来描述自己和他人使用电脑的情况。
2.学生能够熟练完成一般现在时的特殊疑问句。
【教学难点】：
1. 描述自己和他人使用电脑的情况。
2. 一般现在时的特殊疑问句。
【教学过程】：
Step 1 Lead-in (Free talk)
1.Is there a computer in your home Does your father/ mother use it
2.What do you usually do on the computer
3.When do you use the computer
4.Is the computer useful(有用的) or useless(无用的)
Today we will learn something about when these children use the computer.
Step 2 Pre-reading
Ask the students to read through the passage and answer questions in Activity 1
1. Who can use the computer on Sunday
2. Who shares a computer with his father
3. Who has a friend in Australia

Step 3 While-reading
1. Read the passage and check the true sentences(activity3).
2.Read the passage carefully and complete the table.

The computer is very useful, but we should use it correctly(正确地).
Step 5 Writing
你家里有一台电脑，请根据提示介绍你家人的电脑使用情况，不少于60词。
你爸爸：喜欢听音乐，查看电子邮件、制定旅游计划等
你妈妈：有时候在网上买东西
你：在电脑上写作业、查找信息
Step6 Homework
Make a survey(统计) about the use of the computer in your class and write a passage about it.
