I am terribly/exceedingly sorry to hear that you are worried/upset about your expanding waistline. So I am dropping you the line to offer you some practical suggestions to help you out.
I understand quite well how you feel. But nowadays, it is not unusual for us teenagers to become overweight. Actually, things will improve if we follow the suggestions below./Included here are several pieces of advice worthy of your attention. For a start, it is highly recommended that you make it a regular part of your life to do some exercise on a daily basis, during which your fat and calories will be burned efficiently and effectively. On top of that, it is high time that you should keep a balanced diet. Eating more vegetables and fruit will be of great benefit to lose weight. Last but not least, more importance should be attached to our inner beauty rather than our appearance.
