Ink Shrimp
I want to introduce a painting --Ink Shrimp, which was painted by Qi Baishi, a master of modern Chinese Painting. He is good at painting flowers、 birds、insects、 fish、 landscapes and figures, with vigorous and moist brush and ink、bright colors, simple and vivid modeling, honest and simple artistic conception.
The author uses the changes in the intensity of ink and wash, not only to give the painting a rich sense of layering, but also to vividly reproduce the structure of each shrimp and its different postures, which are precise and not cumbersome.
