资源简介 Unit 7 Will people have robots 教学设计(Period 2)一、 教材分析:本课的教学内容为人教版八年级上册Unit7的第二课时。把一个单元为作为一个整体进行教材分析和教学,是我们英语备课中必须遵循的。依据基于整体意义的初中英语单元整体教学及任务型教学理念,我们教师首先要弄清楚本单元的主题是什么,分几个课时教完,每个课时的中心话题或任务是什么,然后在单元主题之下,围绕本节课具体的中心话题或任务展开任务型教学。我认为本单元可分为六个课时教完,A、B部分各三个课时。本单元的主题是:学习用“will + 动词原形”表示将来,即一般将来时的用法。本单元第二课时的中心话题是:A: What’s your prediction about the future B: I think there will be more /less/ fewer---.本节课围绕话题“What’s your prediction about the future ”,用上there be句型的一般将来时态展开讨论。学生在讨论中掌握more, fewer, less表达的含义,修饰可数名词及不可数名词的用法及辨析;掌握there will be句型的用法(含肯定式、否定式、疑问式及回答等)。课堂上可运用教学卡片帮助学生造句及记忆,同时充分利用多媒体课件,实施任务型教学,提高了学生英语学习的趣味性,培养学生用英语思维的能力,联系生活实践,学以致用。二、学情分析:农村学校的学生普遍基础不太好,教学过程不能操之过急,学生的学习需要一个循序渐进,由易到难的过程。本节课本人的教法是:由易到难,由复习到引入新课,便于学生掌握。三、教学目标:智育目标:I. 句型操练:A: What’s your prediction about the future B: I think there will be more /less/ fewer---.II. 掌握语法知识:more, fewer, less的用法及辨析。III.培养学生的听说读练的能力。德育目标:I.通过讨论交流表演等活动,激发学生英语学习兴趣,同时培养学生的合作学习精神。II.通过学习there be句型的一般将来时,谈论对未来的预测,教育学生乐观面对生活,面向未来,对未来充满信心,并为美好未来的实现而努力奋斗。三、教学重点:A:What’s your prediction about the future B: I think there will be more /less/ fewer---.四、教学难点:1.There be 句型一般将来时的用法,即 there will be---.2. more, fewer, less的用法及辨析。3.掌握短语:Sounds cool/ bad, be in great danger, take part in,---五、教具: 教学卡片,多媒体课件六、教学方法:直观式教学、任务型教学、情景交际法七、教学步骤:Step1 RevisionAsk: What will the life be like in 100 years Will people/kids--- Help them to give the answer: Yes, they will./ No, they won’t.Show cards and help the students to make sentences about future. Review the phrases and sentences.Point out the structure about the future: will+ 动词原形(设计意图:通过卡片进行直观式教学,帮助学生回顾上节课的内容,含一般将来时用法及结构,对将来进行预测的句型,检验学生的学习效果,为下一步的教授新句型there will be的学习作好铺垫和准备。)Step2 PresentationAsk: What’s your prediction about the future Write these sentences on the blackboard:A:What’s your prediction about the future B: I think there will be more /less/ fewer---.Then show cards(people, pollution, free time, cars, trees )and help the Ss to make sentences, just like these:I think there will be more people.I think there will be less pollution.I think there will be fewer trees. ---Point out the difficulties:More: “更多”many/much的比较级,既可以修饰可数名词又可以修饰不可数名词。eg: more books, more waterFewer: “更少”,few的比较级,修饰可数名词。eg: fewer pensLess: “更少”,little 的比较级 修饰不可数名词。eg: less free time, less food(设计意图:板书本节课的中心话题,并指出教学难点,为下一步展开讨论交流活动做好必要的准备)Step3 Discussion and performanceLet the students discuss the dialogue above in pairs for a few minutes. Then exchange the roles. They can use the cards, the objects in our lives to help them.
