Laughter can help us be free from pain and increase our endurance(忍耐力). A study at 2011 Oxford
University showed that telling ajoke to a friend can help us do more exercise at the gym(健身房)or go
farther on our daily walk.
Joking around is also good for our social pared with staying alone, a person is more likely to
laugh when he is staying with other people. When someone starts laughing, everyone else laughs too, even if
