When / What time do you / they / I… + do (动词原形）sth
1.主语为非第三人称单数
回答：
I / They / You ...+ do (动词原形）sth +时间状语.
2.主语为第三人称单数
When / What time does he / she… + do (动词原形）sth
回答：
He / She ...+ does (动词三单形式）sth +时间状语.
在陈述句或者答语中当主语是第三人称单数时，
动词形式需作下列几种变化：

一般动词在词尾加-s，
在清辅音后读/s/，
在浊辅音或元音后/z/；
在t后读/ts/，
