How to Keep Healthy
Some students are worried about their health and feel upset. As a school nurse, I'd love to give you some advice.
First, keep relaxed as often as possible. Worrying too much will make you tired and nervous, or even have a bad headache. Second, you should have a healthy eating habit. Eat fresh fruit and vegetables every day. Remember to drink enough water and never eat junk food. Besides, you'd better get enough sleep and exercise.
In order to stay healthy, you shouldn't stay up late. And you should sleep seven to eight hours a day. You'd better go to bed early and get up early. It's best for you to keep doing sports, such as running, swimming and playing basketball.
