教学过程
Step1.活动层次：基于语篇的学习理解类活动
1. 概括和梳理种树的步骤，植树的原因和重要性。
Activity1. Show a picture of planting trees and have the students discuss the following questions.
When is Tree Planting Day in China
What are the basic steps for planting trees
Why is planting trees important to the environment
Ask the students to talk for three minutes and then let them
present in class.
Activity2. Listen to the passage and finish Ex.1 on Page19. Then check the answers in class.
Activity3. Have the students find the steps for planting a tree in the dialogue and finish Ex.2 on Page19. Then check the answers in class.
Step2.活动层次：深入语篇的应用实践类活动
2. 分析对话主要内容结构，制作思维导图。
Activity4. Have the students read the dialogue again and make a mind map in groups.
Activity5. Have the students say something about planting trees according to the mind map ,then choose someone to show in class.
Step3. 活动层次：超越语篇的迁移创新类活动
3. 运用所学知识用英语介绍植树的过程和目的。
Activity6. Write a short note. Suppose you are going to introduce how to plant trees .Write a short note .Remember to tell something about the steps of planting trees .
Activity7. Let some students read their notes in front of the class.
Step4. Homework
Finish off the exercises in activity book.
Write a passage about how to plant a tree and the importance of planting trees.

教学反思
本课采用分角色朗读，小组讨论等多种形式展开课堂教学，能让学生在轻松的学习过程中感受到英语学习的乐趣。本节课话题贴近生活，学生可以学以致用，因此学生学习兴趣较浓厚。大部分学生可以完成思维导图和写作输出任务。只是在提炼思维导图关键词的时候需要的时间较长，还需要加强练习。
