应用文写作指导---活动&新闻报道类
一、概念
活动&新闻报道是典型的应用文体裁,也是新高考常考体裁,其特点是以事实为依据,对人的经历、举办的活动或发生的事件给予明确的、实事求是的报道。
二、篇章结构
报道一般由标题,导语,主体及结语四个部分组成。
报道的开头部分开门见山,扼要概括报道的核心内容,无须自我介绍!无须寒暄!主要讲清what (事件), when (时间), where (地点)和 who (人物), 而在下文则要补充事件的过程和细节, 往往包括why(目的或原因) 和 how(具体过程)等---5W1H。
注意新闻类题材的一些常用语,如 It is reported that..., As is reported..., According to the report...; It is estimated that...等。报道一般使用第三人称,不出现个人信息,不出现带有主观性观点的词或句子,如 I think,I believe,in my opinion,I hope等。
报道通常是报道过去所发生的事件,多用一般过去时,口吻客观。结构层面,一般有标题,无落款。
三、高考真题示例
(2020年全国新高考Ⅰ卷)上周日你校举办了5公里越野赛跑活动。请你为校英文报写一篇报道, 内容包括:
1. 参加人员; 2. 跑步路线:从校门口到南山脚下; 3. 活动反响。

报道
新闻、活动报道是典型的应用文体裁,也是新高考常考体裁,其特点是以事实为依据,对人的经历、举办的活动或发生的事件给予明确的、实事求是的报道。
Para 1(导语): 交代活动/事件的目的、原因以及活动时间、地点、人物等相关信息。
Para 2(主体): 描写活动/事件的具体内容、过程。
Para 3(结语):对活动/事件的评价、总结活动/事件的收获以及个人感想。

Loving Parcels for Students in Need
In order to help the students in the poverty-stricken areas,
a donation activity called“Loving Parcels”was successfully held in our school hall last week.
All of the teachers and students took an active part in the activity.They donated their clothes, books and schoolbags to the students in need. In addition, they also wrote down the best wishes on cards, which would be collected and delivered to the schools in the poor areas.
Not only did the activity help us express our care for the students and send our sincere wishes to them, but also it taught us that we should value what we have.
