Doing Chores/Housework
本单元写作角度通常涉及两方面：
①以议论文形式出现，表达自己对做家务的看法；
②描写做家务的经历，表达做家务的感受和收获。
议论文时态为一般现在时，需要包括：论点、论据、结论。
I have my own idea of whether students should do chores or not. I believe it is necessary for us to do some chores.（论点）
First of all, by doing chores, we can learn some basic skills like cooking and doing the dishes. Besides, doing chores can help us get closer to our family. What’s more, it is a good chance to develop our independence and to know how to look after ourselves. Last but not last, it also helps us to understand the importance of sharing and fairness.（论据）
In a word, the earlier we do chores, the better it is for our future.（结论）
写做家务的经历并谈感受，所以是记叙文，用一般过去时和第一人称。
Doing Housework Makes Me Happy
Doing housework is a part of our life. It’s necessary for us to share housework with our family.
Last Mother’s Day, I made a special dinner for my mom. It didn’t work as well as I thought.I hurt my fingers while cutting carrots, and I forgot to put salt into the dishes. When my mom was back from working, she was glad to taste the food I cooked. Then she praised and hugged me.
From this experience, I learned that doing housework can not only help me grow up but also bring happiness to my family.
