单 元目 标 一、教材分析 本板块的课文是一篇说明文，介绍了位于广西壮族自治区桂林市龙胜各族自治县的龙脊梯田。文本从龙脊梯田的四季美丽景色引入，到龙脊梯田的历史、建造原因以及劳动人民因地制宜、巧夺天工的设计，介绍了梯田的运作原理。通过学习，帮助学生获取相关话题信息，引导学生理解人们认识自然、适应自然，和大自然和谐相处的主题。 二、教学目标 在本课学习结束时，学生能够： 1. 读懂语篇，了解龙脊梯田的建造背景、建造原因和运作原理，并恰当运用所学介绍龙脊梯田； 2. 理清文章结构，把握说明文的文体特征，并能迅速找出文中的关键信息； 3. 了解当地人民尊重自然、合理利用自然、改造自然的行为，逐步培养自己的环保意识。
重 点 了解龙脊梯田的建造背景、建造原因和运作原理，并恰当地运用所学介绍龙脊梯田。 理清文章结构，把握说明文的文体特征，并迅速找出关键细节在文中的位置。
难 点 概括并简述龙脊梯田的运作原理，培养学生对此类逻辑关系的梳理能力和看图复述课文的能力。

教 学 内 容 与 过 程 Step 1 Warming-up Look at some pictures and ask the students to answer the question. What do you know about Zhuang and Yao ethnic groups in Guangxi Look at the title and watch a video then predict what this passage is mainly about. 设计意图：创设情境，引入主题。 Step 2 Fast reading Read the passage quickly and find out the topic sentences of each paragraph. Match the statements with each paragraphs. Step 3 Careful reading Read the para.1 carefully and find out what colors are these terraces in different seasons. Read the para.2 carefully and find out who built these terraces, where and when were these terraces built. Read the para.3 carefully and find out why did these people go to so much trouble to turn the entire mountains into terraces . Read the para.4 carefully and find out how do the terraces work. Let students draw a picture of working principle and explain the working principle. Read the para.5 carefully and find out what is the local people' s attitude to the terraces. 设计意图：抓住文章大意，获取细节信息，加深对龙脊梯田的了解。 Step 4 Post reading Let students read the passage again and finish the following tasks.
