西班牙人每天的作息与我们大不相同，西班牙人每天早晨一般9点或10点开始上班，中午两点下班，午休，然后下午4点或5点上班，晚上7点或8点下班。之所以会这么奇怪，原来，西班牙地处南欧，夏季较长，天气炎热，许多工作或活动只好晚间进行，所以作息时间这样与众不同。
