1、学生能区分单词：cup、cap.并能够掌握单词：cap、cup, planned, baseball, more, smile, mistake, with, said。
2、学生能够能运用 Why do you have cups on your heads Why are you laughing 等句型来询问不理解的事情的原因。
教学重点：
1、学生能区分单词：cup、cap.并能够掌握单词：cap、cup, planned, baseball, more, smile, mistake, with, said。
2.学生能够能运用句型Why do you have cups on your heads Why are you laughing 来询问不理解的事情的原因。
教学难点：
能用“Why … ”对不理解的事情进行询问并回答。
通过课件辅助教学，创设一系列情景，让学生在具体的情景中学习新单词、新句型，然后再运用于语言交流，使整个教学源于生活，又用于生活，创设了真实的生活场景，使学生学有所用，体验成功的喜悦。具体采用以下几种方法：1.情景教学法；2.任务型教学法；3.游戏法
多媒体课件，单词卡片等。

6.精讲点拨
1.）教师讲解本课重点知识
Why ...？ Because ....
用法：这是用于询问对方做某事的原因的句型。用来询问原因、理由。
句型结构：Why +do /does/did+主语+动词原形+其他？
Why + be + 动词ing +其他？
答句: 一般用“Because ......”
）小组合作，完成练习。
过渡语：Now have you finished Please show us. OK !
学生和自己的搭档一起展示。
3.）听录音，跟读课文，模仿语音语调，理解在课文情境中如何运用本课所学的重点单词和句型四、训练环节
mistake is inevitable,but don't repeat mistakes.
错误是不可避免的，但不要重复错误。
