资源简介 【教材范围】:人教版初中英语九年级全一册教材第二单元Section B,位于课本第14页UNIT 2 I think that mooncakes are delicious!Section B: A Christmas Carol教学设计思路分析【教材分析】初中英语课程标准对本节课的学习要求:掌握本单元出现的单词、短语和句型;学会讨论中西方比较流行的各种节日,并总结出节日介绍的切入点。本单元是九年制义务课程标准实验教科书《新目标英语》九年级全一册第二单元。本单元的核心话题是用带有that, if和whether的宾语从句和感叹句来介绍节日,并表达自己的个人感受,要求学生掌握感叹句和that, if,whether引导的宾语从句的用法,因此“I know that the Water Festival is really fun.”、“What fun the Water Festival is!”等句型是本单元教学重点。又因为本节课是本单元的第三节课,在前两节课已经进行了这两个句型的讲解和练习,而且本节课课文只出现了三个应用that, if和whether的宾语从句,所以本节课只对该句型进行简单的复习和练习。本节课的重点主要是对课文内容的讲解和对“Inferring”方法的讲解和应用,以希望学生能掌握阅读的方法,并能采用本节课所学的内容,自主地向他人介绍中国的传统节日,传播传统文化。Section B主要包括关于万圣节的听力语篇和关于圣诞节的阅读语篇两个语篇。听力语篇主要是围绕对于西方节日万圣节的介绍展开,主要任务是要求学生可以用所学的单词和句型讨论自己感兴趣的万圣节活动,并提升自己的听力能力。而阅读语篇“A Christmas Carol”主要围绕对A Christmas Carol这本小说的介绍展开,希望借此让学生理清文章结构,掌握宾语从句的用法,思考并理解圣诞节背后的真正意义,并让学生掌握阅读方法,提高学生阅读理解的能力。本节课主要讲解阅读语篇“A Christmas Carol”,着重引导学生了解圣诞节背后的意义,并进一步引导学生探索中国传统节日的意义,培养学生对祖国传统文化的热爱之情,并引导学生尊重各国之间的文化差异。Junior three students【学情分析】有基础:本课的教学对象是初三学生,经过初一和初二对英语课本的学习,多数学生具备了一定的英语阅读能力,大部分的同学已经能够自主阅读教材内容并尝试完成课后习题。此外,本节课是该单元的第三节课,学生经过前两节课的学习已经基本可以掌握重点句型和短语的用法,阅读的难度相对降低。有兴趣:本单元取材与学生日常生活息息相关,学生有强烈的代入感,学习兴趣浓厚。有必要:当前,初三学生正处于初中和高中过渡的关键阶段,中考标准对当前初三学生的英语能力提出了一定要求,且掌握本节课内容是以后的英语学习的基础。此外,学好本节课内容还有利于学生树立正确的价值观,养成独立思考的习惯,增强对祖国和祖国文化风俗的热爱。有难度:学生对于本节课涉及内容的汉语表达有一定了解,但是对与本节课内容相关的英语表达认识不足。本节课会初步引入方法“Inferring”,学生之前未曾接触过该方法,因此在理解上具有一定的难度。Teachers divide the contents of textbooks according to the characteristics of disciplines, curriculum standards and students' learning conditions.
