教学主题:That man is short& The Clear World bu Pangu
教学内容:本课是“爱国主义”主题意义下的教材与绘本融合教学尝试。本课时的教学内容有两个语篇:一是外研社三起点三年下册Module2 Unit2 That man is short,二是分级绘本 The Clear World by Pangu.
教学对象:本课教学对象是四年级的学生,具备少量的词汇积累和阅读能力,《盘古开天》是孩子们耳熟能详的,因此文本难度不是很大,但会出现一定量的生词。
教学目标:
1.能听说读认clear,in order等重要单词。
2.能正确理解句子Nothing/Everything is clsar. Nothing/Everything is in order.
3.感受盘古的勇敢和友善,呼吁无论强弱都要尽力帮助别人。
教学重难点:
重点:clear, in order 的正确认读与理解。
难点:Nothing/Everything is clear.Nothing/Everything is in order.的正确认读与使用。
资源和工具:
PPT课件、四线三格、单词卡片、贴图等。
Step1.Warming up.
1.Greetings.
T:Hello,boys and girls.
Ss:Hello, Miss Li.
2.Sing a song.
3.Play a game "Point and say"
T:Point to your eyes.
Ss:Point to my eyes.
Step2.Lead in.
Show a picture"This man is tall!"
T:Is the man tall
Ss:Yes, he is.
提两个问题① Do you want to be tall
@What would you do if you were very tall (听小朋友不一样的回答)
T:Today I’m going to introduce you a man who is very tall,big and strong.
Step3.Pre-reading
1. T:Do you know what is the “clear world" Show two pictures, theunclear
world and the clear world.对比教学引出clear,让学生正确理解并进行单词教授。
2.Look at the cover of the story, ask students:通过封面对绘本进行大概的概述
①Who is he
②What does Pangu look like
③What’s in Pangu’s hand
④What’s Pangu doing
Step4:While-reading
1. T:Look at the first picture.What is Pangu doing
Ss: He’s getting up.
T:Is it morning/afternoon/evening (we are not sure)
T:What else can you see
Ss:Animals.
T:Do they know the time Why
Ss: No. Nothing is clear.
2.Read page 2 and answer the questions.
①Why did the rabbit and the bird bump together?(提取重要句型)
A.Everything is clear.
B. Nothing is Clear.
②How do the rabbit and the bird feel?(引出terrible,并通过打乱贴图展示 Nothing is in order)
3.Look an guess.T拿斧头做开天辟地的动作引导小朋友回答“What will Pangu do
4.Read page 3 and 4 and answer the questions.
①Where is the great ax?通过肯否问答引导学生看图找斧头在哪?
A. In his mouth. B.In his ear. C. In his hand.
②Can Pangu find the great ax easily?Why?引导学生说出 Nothing is clear.
③ Who can help Pangu
5.Pangu is going to make the world clear. It’s dangerous. Let’s hide behind the desk.创设即将开天辟地的情境,让学生身临其境。
6.Read page 5 and 6 and answer the questions.
①How is the world now
A.Everything is clear.
B.Nothing is clear.
通过展示动态板书,让学生正确理解世界从混沌到清晰 Everything isclear.通过把混乱的事物归位让学生正确理解 Everything is in order.
②What can the rabbit and the bird do now
T:Show me fly high Ss: Fly high, fly high.
带上对应的飞和跑的动作,进行TPR教学,加深学生对这两个词组的运用,可挑选学生上台展示。
③How do the rabbit and the bird feel now
7.Look and think.
①Is Pangu a hero
②What do you think of him? Why?引导学生说出自己各种想法,不一样的答案,最后给出一些总结词。

Step5.After-reading
1. If you were Pangu, what will you use to separate the world
T:Maybe you can use the ruler or the pen to make the world clear.激发学生的想象力和创造性思维。
2. Show time,老师先展示自己的作品进行演示以便小朋友模仿。

3. What lesson have you learnt T ask a question” If you sare not big orstrong, can you help others Give pictures about “ No matter you are tallor short, strong or weak, just try your best to help others.
