Unit1
How to keep healthy（如何保持健康）
As we all know(众所周知）, health is becoming more and more important. How to keep healthy Here is some of my advice.
First of all(首先），I think we should do exercise at least one hour a day, such as running or walking. At the same time(同时）， you’d better have a healthy diet. Eat more fruit and vegetables. Try not to eat junk food. Last but not least(最后也是最重要的一点），in my opinion, you can not spend too much time going online. It is bad for our study and eyes. You must go to bed early and don't stay up too late, because enough sleep is good for our health.
All in all, as a student ,we should try our best to keep healthy. I hope my advice can help you.
Unit2
Volunteering（志愿者）
We will pay a visit to the Children’s Hospital this Sunday. We'll have to meet at the school gate at 8：30 on Sunday morning and then go there by bus.
There we will have a lot of activities. First of all,I'm going to do something to cheer up the sick children. At the same time,I am going to prepare some presents for them. I'm sure the children will like the presents. Last but not least, I'm also going to help them clean the room and wash clothes. We will have some interesting activities, such as singing, dancing and telling stories.
I hope all of us can take an active part. Through the meaningful activities, we can learn to care for the kids.

(一)青少年是否应该做家务，原因三点。
Dear Sir or Madam,
I believe that it is important for children to do some chores at home. I disagree that children’s only job is to study hard and do well at school. Here are some of my reasons(理由）.
First of all, I think it is unfair for children to expect their parents to work hard outside and do all the household chores, too. I think children should at least do some simple chores to help their busy parents. For example, they should make their own beds and clean their own rooms. At the same time, doing chores helps to develop children’s independence and teaches them how to look after themselves. Last but not least, doing chores is also exercise. It’s good for their bodies and minds.
All in all, as a teenager, we should learn to do chores.The earlier we learn to be independent, the better it is for our future.

In China, there are now some children who are unwilling to share housework with their parents and quarrel with them. In my opinion, I think it is necessary for children to do household work. Doing housework can help parents lighten the burden. Doing housework helps to develop teenagers’ independence and teaches them how to look after themselves.
In our daily life, we middle school students usually have some problems to solve.In Grade Eight,I was bad at my lessons, although l worked very hard.I felt so sad and worried that I couldn’t sleep well at night. One day， I talked it with my head teacher. He was helpful and gave me lots of good advice. With his help my lessons are getting better and better.
All in all, when we have problems. we should first try to solve them by ourselves. If we still can’t solve them, we can ask our parents, teachers or friends for help.

与父母一次矛盾经历和解决过程（2）如何处理好与父母的关系
I know that you have trouble communicating with your parents.And I have the same experience.Last Saturday,I wanted to hang out with my friends,but my parents didn't allow me to go. I sat down and communicated with them to tell them my feelings. Finally,they agreed.
Here are some advice for you to communicate better with your parents.First of all,it's good to calm down and think of a good way to communicate with them,for example face to face communication.
Writing a letter or a note is also a good idea.At the same time, we’d better tell our parents our feelings and reasons, so they can understand us. Last but not least, it is important for us to understand our parents. Sometimes we can think about things on their sides.
In a word, I hope you can have a good communication with your parents and get along well with them.

An important event that I remember well was the opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympic Games （北京奥运会开幕式）. It happened at 8 pm, on February 4.
When I heard the news of this event, I was Chatting with my friends online. My families were enjoying the opening ceremony on TV. When the Chinese team entered, my young brother was shouting, "Come on, China! "
All in all ,I remember this event well because I feel more deeply that our motherland is becoming stronger day by day. People from different countries and races live in harmony. This is a big family full of friendship and warmth! What a beautiful mood.
