《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020 年)》中指出:“高中阶段教育是学生个性形成、自主发展的关键时期,对提高国民素质和培养创新人才具有特殊意义。”这一阶段是学生长身体长知识的关键时期,是生理日趋成熟、心理急剧变化发展的过渡时期,也是人生观、价值观的形成时期。做好此阶段的心理健康教育工作,对学生的成人、成才具有重要的意义。高中生青春年少,朝气蓬勃,活力四射,但在这青春、活泼的旋律中,总会有一些不和谐的音符,如何“校准音符”是摆在我们广大师生面前的一个重要课题。
面对良好群体中的少数不合拍的个体,我们要想到这是一个独立独特的生命,我们每个人都要本着珍惜、呵护和尊重稚嫩生命的态度,理智、平等地去对待那些富有生命力的个体。三年的高中生活是紧张的,学生在努力学习的同时,偶尔出现一些心理问题是正常的。当出现问题时,教师要及时了解学生的心理,善于运用心理学的知识,晓之以理,动之以情,导之以行,时刻注意学生的心理发展。只有具备积极健康向上的心态,才能为成长成才奠定良好的基础。
给“心”松绑,以更好的姿态迎接高考
高考不仅是考生学习能力的较量,更是考生心理素质的比拼。高考考生应激行为的调整,关键是要学会心理调适,加强考试应激预防和控制。
(1)自我调控减压。合理定位,实力壮胆。考生要学会对自己的学业水平进行评价,以理性的态度分析自己的学业水平和考试实力,确定合理的期望值,提出合适的自我要求,使自己对实现目标的实力有信心,才能减轻压力,激发动力,振奋精神。认真制订个人复习计划表,复习稳打稳扎;考试步步为营,争取成功。
(2)积极暗示,肯定自我。自我暗示是一种自我调节心态的心理学方法。主要是通过运用一些自我激励式的内部语言或乐观的肢体语言来调节中枢神经系统的兴奋性,让个体的潜意识对自我的情绪和意志施加心理影响。自我暗示的语言要简短、具体和肯定。用“我要”“我一定”等肯定性的第一人称语言正面激励。如 “我有实力,我能成功”“我有信心,我能考好”“我已经复习好了,一定会成功”,也可时常对着镜子发笑,想象美好的事件等。自我暗示,往往能使考生的理念、心境、意志发生积极的转变,使其心理和竞技状态通过自我支配得到自我改善,从而增强斗志,提高自信,稳定情绪。
(3)劳逸结合,提升脑力。考生学习过度疲劳或考试焦虑、紧张,大脑皮层某一机能区域会处于高度兴奋状态,形成优势兴奋灶,这种状态如果持续时间长,脑的用氧量大,会使脑的血容量剧增,引起大脑疲劳及脑机能受到损伤,机体应激反应产生。因此,考生要讲究用脑卫生,遵循脑神经活动过程的相互诱导规律,劳逸结合,科学用脑。首先,作息安排合理。防止大脑疲劳的最好办法是休息。一要保证睡眠,睡个好觉很重要。通过充足有效的睡眠来保持和恢复记忆是最好的方法。晚上11点后,人的精力急剧下降,是一天中学习效率最低的时间段,考生要避免熬夜。睡觉前先用热水泡脚,冲个热水澡,并喝杯牛奶,
可提高睡眠质量。二要合理休息,持续学习时间不宜过长。根据注意稳定的心理学原理,高中生大脑高度维持注意的时间为40~60分钟,考生复习时间要间断休息。休息包括静态性休息和活动性休息。静态性休息可以通过打盹、听音乐、看电视、远眺、聊天、深呼吸来缓解机体疲劳。尤其是通过给脑细胞补氧的深呼吸调节法,对缓解疲劳和消除紧张快速有效。深呼吸时,坐、站或躺要闭眼,心静,吸气时要吸得深和满,呼气时要呼得慢和匀,反复数次,可以有效缓解和减弱心理的紊乱,提高脑力,使头脑清醒,记忆力、注意力和思维能力得到进一步激发。动态性休息可以通过散步、做 操、运动、保健按摩、宣泄来释放机体压力。其次,饮食起居有序。高考生由于功课学习紧张,身心能量消耗大,要多增加高蛋白和维生素食物,增加营养,并注意起居、用餐的时间规律。
(4)外力助控松绑。家长和老师对高考生考试应激调适的配合和协助,对帮助考生消除考试不良心理反应能起到积极的作用。一要创设环境,助学有方。家长和老师要为考生复习迎考创设优良环境,保持学习环境宁静,保证营养供给合理,保护心理气氛和谐,多给予考生助学关心。二要悉心爱护,因势利导。家长和老师对考生要多鼓励、多宽慰。
