go along 沿着……走 (教材P46 1a)
along作为介词，意为“沿着”，多与动词go, walk, run等连用。go along/down 意为“沿着走”
eg：We're driving fast along the road. 我们正在沿着公路驾车疾驰。
We can walk along the Green Street. 我们可以沿着格林大街走。
Just go along Bridge Street and turn left when you see the library.
沿着桥街走，看到图书馆就向左拐。
along还可用作副词，意为“向前；一同”。与动词连用时，常与on同义，表示“向前移动”。
eg：Come along, Li Ming. 来吧，李明。
2. Turn right at the first crossing and the restaurant is on your left… (教材P46 1c)
turn作动词，意为“转向；翻”。turn left表示“向左转”，turn right表示“向右转”。turn的名词形式为turning，意为“转弯处”。
eg：Please turn to Page 28. 请翻到第28页。

1）此处left作名词，意为“左边”。on the/one’s left意为“在（某人的）左边”，与其对应的是on the/one’s right “在（某人的）右边”。
eg：People drive on the left in England. 在英格兰，人们靠左驾驶。
2）left还可作副词，意为“向左边”，与其对应的是right “向右边”。
eg：Go straight and turn left. 直走，然后向左转。
3）left可作形容词，意为“左边的”，对应词为right“右边的”。
eg：Use the fork with your left hand. 用你的左手拿餐叉。
注意：left还可以是leave的过去分词和过去式哦!

crossing名词，意为“十字路口”。Turn right/left at the +序数词+ crossing. 意为“在第几个十字路口向右/左转”。=Take the +序数词+crossing on the right/left.
eg：Turn right at the second crossing. 在第二个十字路口右转。
Turn right at the third crossing.=Take the third crossing on the right.
在第三个十字路口向右转。
