Huaxia Company Internship Program
Huaxia Company builds a great internship program for vocational school students
who dream of a career in an international trading company.
REAL WORK ARRANGEMENTS
Trainees will succeed in completing real tasks relating to such majors as Marketing,
Art Designing, IT and Business English. Challenges are sure to come. And practice
will turn interns to qualified full-time hires.
The Human Resources Department will keep track of each trainee’s practice by checking job descriptions and procedures with the trainee’s manager and mentor, ensuring the truth of work experience.
CLEAR AND DETAILED TRAINING
Training include sections before, during and after the trainee’s work in the company.
The program starts with a pre-service training program, expressing expectations and role definitions, to get the students prepared for the real deal. After that, interns continue to receive help and guidance from company mentors, trainee apps and company-school-student chat groups. Performance report and long-term instruction service will also help the students keep excelling even after the training program.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Each department of the company will choose one best trainee, who will receive the Huaxia New Star Scholarship as a prize.
