Spring Festival
Every January or February, you can see over a sixth of the
world’s population travel home to be with their loved ones. The most significant night is Chuxi. Traditionally this is when families get together to eat, drink and celebrate, at the world’s biggest party as over a billion people sit down to the
most important dinner of the year and watch Gala, the most watched annual television show on earth.
Mid-Autumn Festival
On the 15th day of the eighth Chinese lunar month, people all over China get together to eat with their families, look at the moon and celebrate one of the biggest festivals.
In the eyes of Chinese people, Mid-Autumn Festival is the second-biggest festival after the Chinese New Year. It’s a time when families come together to appreciate the full moon and eat mooncakes.

Dragon Boat Festival
By two thousand five hundred years ago, the Dragon Boat Festival had gradually become one of China’s traditional festivals,
held each May the fifth, according to the lunar calendar. During
the Dragon Boat Festival, people organize many activities.
Including sacrifices made in memory of Chinese historical figures. Like QuYuan, and Wu Zixu. The folk customs aimed at driving away evil as well. Sports competitions are held: impressive
dragon boat races held in every city. Everyone will eat sticky rice
wrapped in corn leaves, known as Zongzi, and drink Huangjiu.
