【点拨】(1)so...that...和such...that...都表示“如此……以至于……”,that引导结果状语从句。其中,so后边可加形容词或副词,而such后边要加名词(名词前面可以带形容词,也可以不带)。两者常可互换。如:
They are such interesting novels that I want to read them once again.
=The novels are so interesting that I want to read them once again.
这些小说非常有趣,我想再读一遍。
(2)such与one,no 等词一起修饰名词时,这些词要放在such的前面,即one/no/any/all/many/some/several/few+such+n.。如:
There seems to be no such words in the English language.
英语里好像没有这样的单词。
(3)在so/such...that...句型中,如果so/such位于句首,句子要用部分倒装。如:
So fast does he run that nobody in our class can catch up with him.
