Module3Unit1 She had eggs and sausages.是外研社出版<<新标准英语>>三年级起点，五年级下册第三模块第一单元的内容。在承接已经学习过三餐的基础上，继续展开话题，谈论What did she/he have for breakfast/lunch/dinner yesterday 从英国食品谈到中西方饮食文化的一些差异，题材非常生活化，是学生感兴趣的话题之一，易于学生学以致用。本课地位至关重要，承上启下，不仅要对以前所学的知识进行复习，还要使学生对新的学习充满兴趣。
二、教学目标
1、知识目标
(1)使学生能够听说认读、理解并运用单词：hamburger、breakfast、sandwich、fish and chips、lunch，认读和理解traditional dish.
(2)学生能够听说读认和理解运用句型:What did she/he have for breakfast/lunch/dinner yesterday She/He had ...
2、能力目标
(1)学会用What did she/he have for breakfast/lunch/dinner yesterday She/He had ...询问及回答他人和自己一日三餐的饮食情况。
(2)通过学习培养学生听、说、读、写和灵活运用语言的能力，培养学生参与合作的意识。

(1)了解中西方的文化差异，保持祖国传统文化，乐于接触外国文化。
(2)合理用餐，保持好的身体。
