Monty felt puzzled, so he went to see the teacher after class immediately and asked, “Ms, why did I receive an F ”
“Monty, this is an unrealistic dream for a young boy like you. ”Ms Green, his literature eacher, said gently, “You come from an itinerant family. You have no money. Owning a horse ranch requires a lot of money. You have to buy the land. You have to pay for the original breeding(繁殖) horse and later you’ll have to pay kinds of fees. There’s no way you could ever do it. ”Then the teacher added, “If you will rewrite this paper with a more realistic goal, I will reconsider your grade. ”

As I carefully glued on the shells, I remembered how Indi and I had found them together at the beach. That was when I decided to make the frame for Indi. By the time I was finished, I felt starving, so I went to make myself a snack.
When I returned, what I saw annoyed me; Tex was busily building a work with the seashells and thus ruining my frame.
“No!"I screamed. "Why doesn't anyone respect my things ” I cried.
I went to my room, shut my door, and made a sign that said Keep Out.
I guess my behavior was enough to worry everybody. Before long, I heard a knock on my door. "We'd like you to come out for a family meeting, " said my mom. Obviously, Tex and Indi had told my parents what had happened.
Moments later, we all sat in the living room to talk things over.

How could my sister, who terribly feared social activities, sing in front of the school I knew very well that she would embarrass herself and me as well. "No!" I shouted. My parents shot me a look. That was when I knew my sister was sure to perform and I was going to be part of the audience watching her.
The day came. I sat in the hall, sweat on my forehead, waiting for the performances to start. The pupils went on and off stage group after group. Finally it was my sister's turn. The curtains parted and there appeared my sister. She blinked her eyes a couple of times before she opened her mouth. It took about a whole minute for her to stammer (结巴) her name and by that time, murmurs (私语) were heard in the audience.
"Why is she taking so long " people around me asked. I felt myself on pins and needles, wishing I were somewhere else.

In less than two minutes, all of the pillows were off the shelves and on top of Michael and he was no longer in sight.
