教学设计
一、教材分析:
本模块话题是安全与救护(Safety and first aid)之下的(First aid),涉及交通事故,人被毒蛇咬伤等内容。学习本模块有助于掌握一些基本的急救措施提供帮助,也有助于提高学生应对突发事件的能力。本课是本模块第一单元的第一课时。这篇对话是由詹姆斯老师亲眼见的一起交通事故引出的。通过她对事故的描述,导入过去进行时的语法项目。同时对话描述了可能会发生在学生们身边的突发事件,不但提高学生的学习热情,也有助于提高学生的安全意识。
二、教学目标
知识目标:
1. 能准确地发音和使用pale, appear, round, corner, hit, glad, fall off, risk, pay attention to, side by side等词汇;
2. 能掌握过去进行时结构及用法,并运用when/while进行表达;
技能目标:
1. 通过听关于一次交通事故的对话,学生能够理解对话大意并获取相关细节的信息;
2.能够运用所学语言,谈论交通事故发生的情境;
情感目标:同过学习让学生对交通安全的重视,并能够帮助他人;
三、教学重难点:
教学重点:
1. 学习并掌握故事中出现的单词和短语,如:fall, follow, hole等。
2. 理解对话并掌握对话内容
教学难点:尝试运用过去进行时谈论交通事故发生的情境。

六、教学反思:
本课的设计能够紧跟教学目标,并通过各环节来实现目标。按整节课设计比较平淡直白,缺乏创新和新颖;同时听说内容不够,反而练习较多,显得这节课的目标有点偏。另外在教学中,教师的课堂指令不够简洁明了甚至出现错误。这都是今后教学中要改进和提升的地方。
