Procedure:
Warm-up:

Vocabulary Introduction:
Introduce and practice the vocabulary related to phone numbers.
Write the numbers 0-9 on the board and elicit their pronunciation from the students.
Present flashcards with the telephone numbers of different characters (e.g., 567-8901) and have the students repeat the numbers after you.
Drill the pronunciation by saying each number individually and having the students repeat.
Phone Number Practice:
Divide the class into pairs or small groups.
Distribute handouts with phone number practice exercises to each group.
Instruct students to listen to their partner’s phone number and write it down.
Model a conversation with a student to demonstrate the activity.
Monitor the groups and provide assistance as needed.
Whole-Class Practice:
Bring the class back together and conduct a whole-class phone number practice activity.
Write a sample phone number on the board and ask students to raise their hands if they can guess the number.
Call on students one by one to provide an answer.
Repeat the activity several times, gradually increasing the complexity of the phone numbers.
Wrap-up and Extension:

Listening Activity :

Speaking Activity :
Divide the class into two groups.
Group A will be the “phone callers” and Group B will be the “phone answerers.”
Give each student in Group A a flashcard with a phone number written on it.
Instruct Group A to approach a student from Group B, ask “What’s your number ” and provide the phone number from the flashcard.
The student from Group B should listen, understand the number, and respond appropriately.
Rotate roles after a few minutes, allowing both groups to practice asking and answering phone number questions.
Wrap-up and Review:
Conduct a brief review of the lesson by calling out random phone numbers and having students say the numbers aloud or write them on the board.
Ask a few students to share their phone numbers with the class and practice saying them out loud.
Summarize the key points of the lesson and encourage students to continue practicing their phone numbers in English.
