1. T presents several pictures about different time to draw forth the expressions about time: what’s the time It’s xx o’clock./It’s xx past xx./It’s half past xx./ It’s xx to xx.2. T. presents more pictures to help Ss to practice the expressions about time.3. T. asks Ss to look at the pictures in their textbooks and describe the time with the dialogues: T: what’s the time in the first picture Ss:: It’s xx.T. plays the recording for Ss to check their answers.T. presents the word “subject” and asks Ss to brainstorm the subjects they know in English and Chinese, and then T. presents them on the Bb.Ss read the words about subjects after T. and Ss do Activity 2 (matching).Ss check answers together with T.T, interacts with Ss about their subjects learned in school to draw forth the words to describe their school day and their subjects. 本课时教学评价与反思 It’s a little difficult to lead in the grammar: present simple tense, since the students’ English proficiency is too weak. Besides, more practice about preposition for time expression is needed.
