课题：译林版牛津英语九上Unit 4 Growing up Comic strip and Welcome to the unit
教材及学情分析：
教材围绕青少年在成长中的感悟这一话题，先通过Hobo 和Eddie 幽默风趣额开篇Comic strip 引出Growing up 的话题，接下来的是导入，通过图片呈现青少年了解世界的多种方式和一段Simon 和Millie谈论他们喜欢如何去了解世界的对话来激发学生关于本单元话题已有的知识和经验。初三学生正直青少年时期，正体会着成长带来的一点一滴的变化，对世界的认识也逐步展开，话题正契合学生的实际状况，因此，他们对这节课会充满期待并顺利完成课堂任务。

教学过程：
Step 1 Preview
1. Go through the text and preview the new words and phrases.
And finish Exx1&4 on the text paper.
2. Study Parts A&B by themselves and finish Exx 2&3.
First, check in groups and correct.Then, the group leaders lead to
read the new words and phrases.
Step 2 Presentation
Play the video about the vast sky. And say while ss’ watching:
Our world is really wonderful and surprising to us. Do you want to explore the universe when you grow up Yeah! You can learn more about the world when you grow up,like Yang Liwei, Armstrong and so on.
Growing up is wonderful!
Group discussion
“How do you learn about the world ”
Present the pictures and the ways to learn about the world.
