七、读写综合
请阅读下面短文,根据所提供的信息,回答5个问题。
Recently, we’ve interviewed a few parents. We’ve asked them how children of today are different from those of the past. Here are the replies from two of them.
Janet: I think the biggest difference is that today’s children don’t spend much time outside. When I was a child, we were outside, climbing trees, building houses with sand and playing from day to night. We also went to the forest to find something new and interesting. But modern kids often stay inside. They spend a lot of time on computers or mobile phones. I don’t think most modern children have a love for nature. They spend little time getting close to it.
Alfred: In my opinion, children nowadays have more ways to see and experience the world. We used to learn about different countries and their cultures only through books. And we didn’t even have enough books to read. Now, there are not only a large number of traditional paper books but also all kinds of e-books. All of these can provide the kids with more knowledge of the world. Kids also have the chance to travel around to experience the world in person and open their eyes to other cultures.
51.In Janet’s opinion, how are children of today different from those of the past
52.Where did Janet go to find something new and interesting

Life is filled with changes. Some of them may have a great influence on us. Now I would like to talk about the most important change in my life.
I used to live at home with my family. My parents looked after me well and all I had to do was study hard. Everything went well until I went to study in a boarding school. Living at school requires me to do chores on my own. It was so difficult for me at first that I cried many times. With the help of my teachers and roommates, I kept trying and learning.
Now, I’m able to take good care of myself. My parents are so proud of me for my change.
