How is everything going I’d like to share my wonderful experience on March 5th with you.
On that day, after my classmates and I arrived at the Sunshine Nursing Home, we did some cleaning, such as washing their clothes, cleaning the floor and the windows. Then we put on shows for the old people, like singing lovely songs, performing funny plays and so on. After that, we had a chat with the old people happily. They also told us some funny stories that happened at their early age. We listened carefully. The old people felt very excited and happy.
From the meaningful activities, I think we should care for the old more and respect them. And I have a better understanding of Lei Feng’s spirit.

Recently, our school has made a survey on choosing e-books or paper books. Here are the results.
About 70% of the students who took the survey prefer to read e-books. They think e-books are much cheaper than paper books. What’s more, they think it’s easy to read e-books.
Other students like reading paper books. They point out that paper books feel real and are comfortable to read. They also argue that reading e-books is bad for our eyes.
Though e-books are becoming popular, I still choose paper books to read. I like taking notes and underlining wonderful sentences on paper books.

My classmates and I went to the Red Army Farm last Friday. We took a bus to get there. When we arrived, the head of the farm gave us a warm welcome. The most interesting thing was that we cooked the meal by ourselves. Though we were tired, we did have a great day and learned a lot.
